#3 – Website Building Software/CMS (e.g WordPress)
#4 – Web Designer/Developer (or you can DIY)
#5 – High-quality Content (kickass freelance writers are great for this)
#6 – Website Maintenance Agency (e.g Valet.io, WPTangerine.com, Maintainn)
#7 – Website Template Design (if you are using WordPress, try out ElegantThemes, or simply check out themes on ThemeForest.net
#8 – Logo Design (can easily be outsourced to an expert or on Fiverr)
#9 – Laptop and Internet connection
#10 – Ability to be patient with tech (because things may not always go the way you want).
